Collaborative Divorce Coaching
Horizon Psychological Services offers divorce coaching in order to help separating partners develop their own parenting plan and determine how to divide their assets and deal with issues related to other financial aspects. Dr. Parekh works within the Collaborative Divorce model in order to help one or both partners determine what their needs and priorities are and how best to make sure those needs are met as they work towards ending one phase of their life and moving on confidently into the next phase. Collaborative Divorce can help to make a difficult time less painful and ease the conflicts involved in moving from one unit into two separate ones. The goal of Collaborative Divorce is to help families move forward with less pain and less court involvement in order to have better outcomes for everyone involved.
