1. No Therapist-Client Relationship
The Site provides general information about Horizon and the services we offer. Using the Site, contacting us through the Site, or reading any content on the Site does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship between you and Horizon or any of our clinicians. 2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, service descriptions, FAQs, and general educational material, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified mental health professional, and it should not be relied on as medical or psychological advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions about your mental health or treatment.
3. Emergencies
The Site is not monitored continuously and is not designed for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are thinking about harming yourself or others, or have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Do not use website forms or email to communicate emergencies.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems, introduce viruses or malicious code, interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, scrape or harvest content for commercial purposes, or use the Site to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
